From a recent estate sale is a vintage sterling vermeil and enamel fork and spoon set. These pieces measure about 7″ long and I have seen them described as both a salad and a dessert set. I could not confirm one way or another. The set is marked for Thune but came in a David Andersen presentation box with a David Andersen paper insert. The pieces seem to fit loosely into the box so this may not be the original box. I tried to research a relationship between Thune and Andersen but did not find anything. The set is in good condition with little wear. The box has shelf wear and some staining.
Unless otherwise specified my items are preowned and vintage – they are not new. I will describe any damage or problems aside from what would be considered normal wear – but you should expect some wear on them. Please ask questions before purchase
